Stefania Tagliaferri
President, co-artistic director and director
She graduated in theater directing from the Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi in Milan in 2008, the first Valle d'Aosta woman to bring this title to the region. In the following years she obtained a master's degree in Art History and Criticism with honors from the University of Milan and completed her training in 2020 with a master's degree in Public History from the Feltrinelli Foundation.
In 2012 she founded in Aosta the professional theater company Palinodie, of which to this day she is director and artistic co-director (Tagliaferri's latest signed directorships in the prose sphere are Tredici settembre, a civil theater show on the history of World War II, and Persino le montagne più alte, a lecture theater on the themes of climate rights).
The vocation is to bring contemporary theatrical creation even to contexts far from the main centers of culture through theatrical performances, curating cultural events and participatory art experiences. Since 2012 he has organized and curated numerous artistic events, creating a special affection from the public towards the proposed experiences.
In 2017 she is in Brussels for MuseoMix Belgium, where she participates in the elaboration of the content and public event for the remix of the Brussels City Museum. In 2018 she is chosen by the international festival Fantasio in Trento to develop a directing project on the song Bocca di Rosa, from this cue the show Alle mie figlie was born. Avere come mamma Bocca di Rosa, which received the Siae Per Chi Crea award - sez. New Works.
She is co-director of the Festival Aosta Città Diffusa, the project Letture Altre for the City of Aosta and the review of new dramaturgy Prove Generali the theater goes to the mountains. For her work as an art historian, she edits critical texts for exhibitions and community projects.
Since 2024, she has been a contact person for the Art and Culture table of Plus Aosta and a member of the board of directors of the national network for the support of young theater Resonances Network.
Verdiana Vono
Co-artistic director and playwright
She graduated with honors in classical literature from the University of Milan in 2017. She attends the course of Alta Formazione teatrale of Residenza Idra and completes her training with ERT's (Emilia Romagna Teatro) International Dramaturg master's program under the direction of Claudio Longhi.
In 2024 he won the Premio Scenario Adolescenza award with the play Tinta. An Autobiographical Story, bringing the prestigious title to Valle D'Aosta for the first time. In 2023 her text L'anno del Topo is among the ten finalists for the Hystrio Scritture di Scena Award.
Since 2014 she has been playwright and dramaturg of the Palinodie company. In 2016 she participated in the Shanghai Academy of Western Theater Festival with the play Ballad to Shakespeare , for which she is director and dramaturg. In 2019 for her theatrical profile she is chosen by the Mic to represent Italy for the International Seminar at the Festival d'Avignon.
For the text Brucia il Mito (Burn the Myth), in 2020 she received a special mention, as the only Italian playwright, at the International Prize La Escritura de la/s diferencia/s, which takes her to Cuba in 2023. The play was published by Metec Alegre editions and translated into Spanish, the play is currently in the repertory of the Caliban Teatro company under the direction of Dalia Leyva Aranada.
In 2021, again for the text Burn the Myth, the city of Aosta awarded her the Célébrant la culture de l'égalité prize.
In 2022 she writes the play Even the Highest Mountains on the themes of sustainability and climate rights. The play becomes the starting point for the development of a Virtual Reality project as part of the Tocc call for proposals - digitization of cultural and creative enterprises. Her research focuses on women's history, politics and poetry. In 2023 she founded Aps Creature Montane, an association engaged in art curating and regeneration projects.
Marta Lavit

Marta Lavit was born in Aosta in 1995, graduated in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic and continued her studies with a Master's degree in Art History, at the IULM University in Milan. Since April 2018, he has been collaborating with Palinodie in the realization of the stage photos of the shows. She officially joins the theater company in May 2021, dealing with photo and video documentation, communication and organization of cultural projects. She collaborates as a photographer and videomaker for some Aosta Valley realities. During the period of activity of the CGV Coordinamento Giovanile Valdostano, she is responsible for the organization's communication.
Marta Lavit

Mariarosa Rosso
Administrative manager, founding partner
She is administrative and accounting manager of the Palinodie theater company, as well as a founding partner. For the company, she is in charge of general bookkeeping, including employees and self-employed staff. An expert in the world of associations and cooperative management, she transfers the expertise she has acquired over the years within the company. She handles administrative relations with the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta and for European projects. An expert in festivals and opera, she cultivates experiences related to culture and tourism.
Andrea Cazzato
Actor, pedagogue
Actor graduated from the Arsenal School in Milan where he studied Lecoq Method with Kuniaki Ida and Marina Spreafico. He attended the Fraschini Theater Academy in Pavia, studied commedia dell'arte and, in Milan, joined as an actor in the Grand Guignol de Milan project. He is an interpreter of prose for adults and young audiences. He curates numerous theatrical and expressive workshops in marginal neighborhoods of Milan, and in Aosta for children and adults, prevention of school dropout and approach to theater in the 0-6 range.
Eleonora Cicconi
She graduated as an actress in 2015 from the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan. In 2024 she won the Premio Scenario Adolescenza Award, together with Verdiana Vono, with Tinta. An autobiographical story. The show debuts at the Segnali festival on May 7, 2025. Since 2018 she has been collaborating continuously as an actress with the Palinodie theater company. She acts in numerous productions, including: Live! Come il mare, directed by Giuseppe Scordio, Blackout by Nanni Balestrini directed by Antonio Syxty, Teatro Litta, Milan (2017); Il compromesso by Angela Demattè directed by Carmelo Rifici, Teatro Filodrammatici, Milan (2015). In 2016 she wrote and performed the monologue In qualunque posto mi trovi, directed by Noemi Radice, winner of the 2018 La Giovane Scena delle Donne Award and Selected by In-Box Verde 2018. In 2020 her text The Hamster Constellation is a finalist for Banco di Prova and Testinscena; of the same work she is director. Since 2023 she has been collaborating permanently with Opera Liquida theater company, a company founded in 2008 by Ivana Trettel in the Opera Milano House of Detention, as an assistant conductor at the theater workshop, actress and trainer.
